About George:

In his 30 years of presenting original theater and events throughout New England, George has continually created spectacles that have brought millions of people together. George is the current Drama Director at the York High School, and the theater director for York and Hampton Parks and Recreation Department

George is the founder and directed of Carpe Diem, Inc., a theatrical producing company that has created and toured more than 30 children’s shows that incorporates life lessons alongside a hip and funky style into traditional story-telling. Carpe Diem Inc. has also presented more than 25 original award-winning plays, which push the boundaries of interactive theater. George has won 17 Spotlight on the Arts awards for his writing, performing and producing.

George created and continues to perform in The Portsmouth Underbelly Tour, a role-playing comedic interactive history walking tour that has been presented more tha1900 times to standing room audiences and which over the last two years has presented musical performances at the Portsmouth Discover enter. The interactive tour remains one of New Hampshire’s biggest tours for more than 15 years.

As the Executive Director of the Prescott Park Arts Festival for 13 seasons, George continually created new events, which are still presented to day. The Seacoast Jazz Festival, The Seacoast Folk Festival and his children’s series are still presented yearly at the festival. Other events include the creation of The Piscataqua Faire – A Renaissance on the Waterfront – a full scale mythic faire that included jousting, an exotic zoo, role players, live stage shows and more. George also created the Prescott Park Academy, which for more than 10 years trained young actors in traditional stagecraft. George also created more than fifteen 25-foot street puppets for the cities annual First Night celebration.

George has presented events for the Portsmouth Historical Society, the Discover Center of Portsmouth, the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, the Wentworth by the Sea. The Old Salt in Hampton and the NHSPCA. George’s “A Dickens of a Christmas” has been presented for more than 16 years at the Old Salt Restaurant to standing room only audiences. George is currently the Drama Director for the York High School and the Town of Hampton, NH.

Growing up in the 1950’s, I witnessed the apparitions of family members in spirit, only to have these confirmed by word of their passing shortly after my sightings. I also had what some have termed “contactee” experiences with beings of unknown origin and frequent UFO sightings. I called these experiences “night school” because I regarded these entities as “teachers” and always had knowledge following the events that I had no other source for. In retrospect, for me these contacts were pleasant and filled with wonder. Unfortunately, many contactees are not willing participants and found these experiences frightening, painful and traumatic. They call themselves abductees and what many of them share are cautionary tales of warning for humanity.

My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, G.L. Davies, authored brand new book about one woman’s abduction experience and the frightening things she endured and learned. With a lifelong fascination of all things paranormal, G.L. Davies is the author of six books on the subject. Davies’ passion has always been for the paranormal and has spent years listening to and collating local ghost stories and myths. He admits he is on the fence in terms of his beliefs; he has witnessed many strange occurrences in his life but prefers to travel the psychological and rational route before making any assumptions. Lower Ego Power and Difficulty Growing the Quality of Your Mind

This week on “It’s Your Ego—Stupid!”, Dr. Nick will be looking intensely into the mirror of growing our mind with truth and how lower ego power can get in the way of this happening. We must each make a concerted effort to learn what we need to learn and unlearn the faulty truths, beliefs, attitudes, and values we may have acquired along the path of our lives. Something our brain helps us to do, but for which we must take ultimate responsibility. Otherwise, we run the risk of acquiring lots of inaccurate, distorted, and even disturbed ideas, beliefs, values, and prejudices, that we often have no clue is taking place. Such is the insidious process of unhealthy, imbalanced ego energy that can be at work in our lives.

Unfortunately, for those with lower ego power the disempowerment within their ego energy has led them to find others who can assume this responsibility for them. They readily question their ability to think for themselves and often look to others to tell them what they should or should not be thinking. In effect, giving control of their mind, and often their life, over to others. Roles they can come to live in, include the Dependent, the Conformist, the Depressive, and the Victim. Lives often filled with a sense of helplessness, which they don’t have to live in, if they can empower themselves to think more for themselves and healthily question what others are telling them. During the show, I’ll be looking at symptoms, reflections of ego stupidity, and the impact on spiritual wellness which occurs when caught up in this energy. I’ll also be looking at specific insights needed to transform lower ego power into a healthier and more balanced place.

Hard to believe that it’s nearly three years since I did my first interview with cellular biologist Bruce Lipton to launch Wiki Politiki Radio. Our interview, about conscious evolution as our alternative to mass extinction is even more relevant today than it was then.

The current administration has brought us closer to our own species topping the Endangered Species list, as it makes its great leap backward toward feudalism. On the other hand, the best the Democrats can promise is that they are NOT Donald Trump. Their corporate agenda, however, cloaked in nice-sounding language and representing the dominance of technology is leading us forward to a brave new world of … neo-feudalism.

Fortunately, there is an awakening happening on both sides, and a growing movement from the “sane and sacred center” that is calling on us to work together, to collaborate for the betterment of each and all. And yeah, that sounds like an ideal, but unless the ideal becomes the real deal, there will be no deal at all. It’s a clear-cut, binary choice – a life economy or a death economy, an awakening or a wake.

Today’s conversation is about the “signs of the upwising” – the cues and clues that we are indeed awakening, and I will be offering ideas for how we might awaken in time, and use our good will, our knowledge, our wisdom, and our technology to bring back the missing piece in government of, by and for the people – the people.
