Sometimes the path to a balanced and harmonious life partner is full of trolls, bullies and charlatans. It is a sad truth, not everything on the internet nor everything someone shares with you, is the truth. In many cases it Isn’t even close to the truth.

On this show we will share lots of ways, people have sandbagged us into believing things we really know are not true. Then we will mastermind and share tools and solutions to help you learn how to tune into your inner truth monitor, your intuition and start to rely on your soul wisdom to help lead you through the illusions and fairytales of love everlasting. We will also share what love everlasting looks like from the side of the angels and of people who are fortunate enough to know they have that in their life right now.

The amount of stress in America and throughout the world today is rapidly rising. We work too much, sleep too little, love with half a heart, and wonder why we are unhappy and unhealthy.

We know that personal and professional success does not come without sacrifice, but it should not ruin our health and leave our relationships devoid of love and intimacy.

Joining Sylvia on today’s show is Dr. Arthur P. Ciaramicoli, a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Ciaramicoli will share how you can use empathy to calm the emotional brain and strategies based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that correct distorted stressful thinking and thoughts.

Arthur P. Ciaramicoli, Ed.D., Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and is the Chief Medical Officer of soundmindz.org. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Massachusetts Psycho­logical Association.

Dr. Ciaramicoli has been on the faculty of Harvard Medical School for several years, a lecturer for the American Cancer Society, the Chief Psychologist at Metrowest Medical Center, and the Director of the Metrowest Counseling Center, and Director of the Alter­native Medicine division of Metrowest Wellness Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.
