How To Deal With Negativity… As An Empath

More people than ever before are beginning to crave spiritual growth. So they embark on a new spiritual journey, figuring out how to change their lives for the better. However, one thing that begins to trip them up along the way is they no longer know how to handle the negative people in their lives.

Whereas negatity didn’t seem to bother them so much in the past, now it’s having a different effect on them. It bothers them… a lot!

This adverse reaction to negativity is new to many people. When you’re not sure what to do, or how to deal with negativity, it makes this new journey harder than it has to be. But it’s especially hard on Empaths…

On today’s show we will talk about:

~ What negativity does to an Empath.
~ What to do when you are surrounded by negativity or negative people.
~ How to protect yourself from Energy Vampires, especially when they are friends and family.

She enjoys public speaking, creating and running workshops, and support groups on a variety of mental health issues and self-help topics.
