Aired Monday, November 18, 2019 at 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST
Have you ever thought about the things that you avoid like intensity potency, anger, frustration, sadness?
Why do we avoid them?
Is it because somebody said those energies were bad and wrong?
Is it because nobody else in the world is tapping into them?
Is it because those energies scare us?
What if there was a different possibility? What if those energies that you’ve been avoiding could actually transform your life?
What if the intensity and potency, is the energy that’s required to change something that you’ve always wanted to change but didn’t know how? Would you be willing to allow yourself to have it, to be it, now?
How bad do you want to change?

When it comes to animals how many times have you thought, “ I wish I knew what they were thinking, I wish they could tell me what they wanted, what they needed,“?
Our animals mean the world to us, they’re family and we care. From the cute and funny things they do to the mystery moves that we can’t figure out.
When they are in pain or get sick we wish they could tell us what is the matter. When they get lost we wish they could call out and let us know where to find them.
Communicating with animals is something Modern Day Dolittle, Meg, is able to do AND help us with. Having trained under world-renowned animal communicator and author, Maia Kincaid Ph.D. Meg talks to animals, those with us and who have crossed over.
She has worked with animals across Canada the USA, Europe and Asia. The nature of her work allows her to communicate with any finned, feathered or four-legged companions, using her telepathic abilities.
Meg conducts readings via phone, email, and video conference from Toronto, Ontario, Canada where she reside with my dog, Roo.
Meg’s healing abilities further allow her to offer clients a holistic approach to their animals’ health, happiness and overall well being. Meg is a Reiki (Level 1) Certified and takes clients as requested.

Gary Malkin – What the Future of Healthcare Sounds Like
Aired Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 4:00 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST
According to award winning media composer, public speaker, and music and health innovator, Gary Malkin, the very first sense we humans develop, at roughly 16 weeks in utero, is our listening sense. on the other end of life’s spectrum, hearing is the VERY last sense to go before we die. This suggests that vibrations – and our ability to be affected by them- can serve a meaningful role to keep us healthy and vital throughout our lives.
Gary Malkin joins Sandie this week to discuss not what the future of healthcare looks like, but what it sounds like. Topics include:
How research is showing that sound and music interventions can lessen physical pain and emotional and spiritual suffering
Engaging the unified field through the power of music
Why loss assimilation really significant in the context of promoting optimal health, and the role that music can play in this
How music, and the emotionally vibrant genre of film scoring can help reconnect us to who we truly are and what matters most
How music can be utilized to address society’s and the planet’s challenges… and more
GARY MALKIN is a seven-time Emmy Award-winning composer, performer, public speaker and music and health innovator who empowers the world to embrace music and sound strategies as catalysts for health, wellness, and a connection to what matters most. He is dedicated to redefining music’s role in healthcare, with a particular focus on developing listening tools to support patients, care providers and families who are facing life transitions at both the beginnings and endings of life. He’s also dedicated to creating resources that generate inner “heart coherence” with musical tools that catalyst “heart-centered mindfulnessTM. His globally acclaimed palliative classic, Graceful Passages, co-created with award-winning filmmaking team Michael and Doris Stillwater, has touched nearly a million people worldwide, offering psycho-spiritual support for patients and caregivers engaged in all phases of the life-threatening illness and end-of-life processes.

Both Pennie and Matthew are passionate about discussing some of the inappropriate, insulting and mean language school children are using on a daily basis. Why they feel it necessary to pick on or bully others and what and how we as responsible adults should respond. Without strong and infinite boundaries, a child will run amuck which leads to the growth of selfish, self-serving and ignorant adults who have no idea what empathy, kindness or true happiness are. Hope you can join us, in divine friendship Pennie and Matthew.

Sometimes called a Midwife of the Psyche, Toko-pa’s work focuses on belonging, restoring the feminine, reconciling paradox, elevating grief, and facilitating ritual. Join Voice Visionary Kara Johnstad and Toko-pa Turner, author of the masterful book, BELONGING: Remembering Ourselves Home, as she shares with us her path as a dream weaver, mystic and founder of the Dream School.
