The answers were hard to believe so I thought she was great at the first part that she provides prior to answers but not so good at them. Then, when departing China she re-listened to the tape. Every answer she had provided that I had found hard to accept was accurate. Pat works differently than everyone else I know and she has continued to be incredible.
