In this episode we discuss common pelvic health issues and how they can be managed conservatively. Pelvic pain can coincide with bowel and bladder issues as well as difficulty tolerating medical exams and intercourse. Incontinence can be associated with issues ranging from low back pain to difficulty with intimacy as well. We will discuss how to manage all of these issues and why there is no need to feel shame with them.
