About the Guest Emma Jory

Emma Jory is a Pilates Specialist with over 12 years experience, is the founder of ePilates Online, the worlds leading boutique online pilates studio. She currently studying health coaching and yoga, and knows the body so well she can see your posture imbalances in just seconds of looking at you!

She believes everyone should have access to an education of their own body, and that awareness of ones own body/self is essential for growth as a human being.

Emma specialises in womens fitness; pre and post natal, rehabilitation and posture correction and much much more.

Emma founded one of the most successful Boutique Pilates studios in Australia, which she sold in 2014 to move to Malaysia with her husband. The studio was an international educational hub, regularly hosting Pilates Teacher Training courses. Emma also pioneered Ballet Barre to Australia, later becoming a teacher trainer and traveling throughout Australasia training Instructors. She has been featured in various magazines, and is now a writer herself.

Emma has trained many celebrities and her knowledge is sought after by many who have experienced the positive changes through her teachings. She is now happy to be helping more people experience the benefits of Pilates through her online studio ePilates Online

Here in Malaysia Emma enjoys sometimes volunteer teaching the malayasian and chin refugees of KL.
