The school is now offering classes for adults desiring to learn a new language or brush up on language skills in addition to their curriculum for K-8! How does it get any better than that?!
How do you start a school that is different from anything that has existed before? Meet Diva Diaz, Anne Maxwell, LCSW, RPT-S, Sylvia Puentes, Christine DiDomenico and Adelle King as they talk with Simone Milasas about their adventure and journey in developing Access Possibilities School. Have you ever wondered where the schools are that inspire, excite and encourage kids (and adults) to step beyond what even they thought was possible? Places where teachers ignite a sense of wonder and stimulate questions and encourage students to play? Welcome to Access Possibilities School where education is done different. About Guests Anne Maxwell, Diva Diaz, Sylvia Puentes, Adelle King, and Christine
DiDomenico
Anne Maxwell, LCSW, RPT-S, is a child and play and family therapist, and an Access Consciousness™facilitator. Known as the “Play Lady” by many of the children with whom she works, and as the “Kid Whisperer” by some of her colleagues, she facilitates Access Consciousness™ workshops worldwide.
Anne was trained traditionally as a therapist, with specialties in child and play and family therapies. She has over 20 years of experience working with kids of all ages and with all kinds of adults and families. She has been trained by some of the very best in her fields, and, has worked in a variety of settings.
Knowing that there was more to children than her trainings led her to believe, she discovered Access Consciousness™, which gave her the tools and processes to use to enhance what she had learned. In 2010, she founded the Child and Family Play Therapy Center, which is dedicated to empowering kids and parents to know what they know and to create the kind of change in their lives they would like to have.

Access Consciousness® facilitator and international speaker, Diva Diaz began her working career in business and economic media (Forbes, The Economist, Le Monde, The Washington Post, and more) and later business intelligence.
For many years she travelled the world working and meeting with Heads of State, Ministers in Government and Blue Chip CEOs in Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. However, despite what looked like success on the outside, there was always a sense of stress, failure, not being good enough and exhaustion that she could not seem to shake. She noticed this in her peers and work environment too and could not understand why a large number of the people with whom she met and worked, who had what seemed like the ideal life, were also for the most part unhappy.
This fuelled her search for a way to have as full a life as possible, one that included happiness, ease, creativity, business, money and anything else that was joyful and contributive both to her and the world.
When she came across Access Consciousness® she instantly recognised that what it offers is what she had been looking for: pragmatic tools that work, empower you to know, and create the change that is truly possible in the world. Learn more about Diva at: http://www.divadiaz.com/
Rediscovering the joy of learning and living has been Sylvia Puentes’ target in the extensive work she does with people of all ages. She has over 20 years’ experience in education and is a sought after bilingual international speaker, author, coach and trainer.
Sylvia is also an entrepreneur and innovator developing and implementing programs such as an Academic & Parent Coaching Program, which has assisted youth, parents and teachers through alternative methods to inspire, empower and rediscover the joy of learning. In her program both parents and kids receive tools and techniques to strengthen their confidence and skills to succeed academically and socially. Recently she developed and implemented a unique Spanish and English Language Program for an International Wine Company, which has been featured on the national television program Epic Boss.
Certified to teach both preschool and elementary school, Adelle King has a soft spot for the younger kids. She taught for many years in New York, Connecticut and California, and has been an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator since 2013. “There is so much we can learn about how to be in the world from kids. As teachers, it’s our job to empower them and encourage them in their exploration.”
She has a gift for the “problem children.” Her schools routinely gave as many of them to her as they could. Parents were thrilled to see their kids thrive with her in her classroom, where before they had struggled, and in some cases, had even been suspended! What was the difference between Adelle and the other teachers in those schools? She didn’t judge the kids and she was willing to see where the things that they were being judged for were actually gifts.
Adelle has completed specialized trainings on kids with autism, and, she has extensive experience with project approach to both curriculum and assessments.
An educator for 32 years, Christine DiDomenico has empowered students of all abilities in personal health, wellness, leadership, social skills, and academic skills. Christine is known for her keen ability to ask questions to empower her students to become aware of what they know and their unique talents and abilities in and out of the classroom. Differences are celebrated and students begin to come out of the wrongness of themselves. She’s a wonderful listener with a kind, gentle manner, who uses laser focus to be aware of what each child requires.
Christine is currently an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator and Body Process Facilitator. She also was the Director/Teacher of the Access for Knowledge Learning Center in NY, which serviced students grades K-12, including students with classifications such as ADD/ADHD, autism, OCD, LD, and ED. Christine facilitates workshops for children and adults, giving people the tools to create change in their lives.

Atlantis and Lemuria Fact or Myth?
Sunday Sep 06, 2015
Sunday Sep 06, 2015
Aired Sunday, 6 September 2015, 2:00 PM ET
This show, Allayah asks you to join her in the journey of discovering the lost civilzations of Lemuria and Atlantis. We seek the answer to the question; Are Atlantis and lemuria fact or myth.
Oral tradition in Polynesia recounts the story of a splendid kingdom that was carried to the bottom of the sea by a mighty “warrior wave”—a tsunami. Known as Lemuria or Mu, this vast realm of islands and archipelagoes that once sprawled across the Pacific Ocean has been cited in numerous other indigenous traditions, spanning the globe from Australia and Asia to the coasts of both South and North America.
Frank Joseph’s The Lost Civilization of Lemuria is a compelling new portrait of this sophisticated civilization, which, according to legend, was the original motherland of humanity. Relying on 10 years of research and extensive travel, Frank Joseph compiles the most extensive and up-to-date research on Lemuria, which he suggests was the original Garden of Eden.
Using recent deep-sea archaeological finds, enigmatic glyphs and symbols, and ancient records shared by cultures divided by great distances, Joseph documents the story of this sunken world, painstakingly re-creating a picture of an advanced civilization whose people lived in rare harmony, and whose technology allowed them to harness the weather, defy gravity, and conduct genetic investigations far beyond what is possible today.
Frank Joseph Reveals parallels between the Rise and Fall of Atlantis and our Modern Cycle of Natural Catastrophes with the passing of the Mayan Calendar’s end date we can now focus on the true significance of what the Maya and their predecessors were trying to convey to future civilizations. Frank Joseph reveals how the Mayan prophecy, symbolized by their calendar, was created through the combined genius of Atlantis and Lemuria and predicts an eternal cycle of global creation, destruction, and renewal. He shows how this cycle correlates precisely with scientific studies on glacial ice cores and predictions from the Hopi, the Incas, and the Scandinavian Norse as well as the visions of Edgar Cayce. He links the demise of Atlantis with the birth of the Olmec civilization in Mexico (the progenitors of the Maya), the beginning of the first Egyptian dynasty, and the start of the Mayan Calendar.
About Guest Frank Joseph
Frank Joseph was the editor in chief of Ancient American magazine from 1993 until 2007. He is the author of several books, including Advanced Civilizations of Prehistoric America and Before Atlantis. He lives in the Upper Mississippi Valley.
