This week around my kitchen table I will be discussing the Mind, Body, Spirit connection and the incredible benefits of practicing YOGA with my dear friend Jo Manuel founder of the Special Yoga Foundation.

Jo is a truly remarkable woman, an amazingly compassionate and caring person, she is incredible teacher, a gifted healer and a powerful inspiration to many many people.

She will be sharing her wisdom and experiences with Yoga and Meditation on her personal path to enlightenment which led her to create her very Special Yoga centre for helping parents and children with special needs.

The Mission of Special Yoga Foundation is to reach as many children with special needs as possible throughout the UK and worldwide with their therapeutic yoga programme.

Jo created the Special Yoga Foundation CIO to provide a therapeutic service to children worldwide.

I will also be sharing my latest guidance to help up lift, Inspire and to empower us all.

About the Guest Jo Manuel

Jo Manuel, Founder of The Special Yoga Foundation CIO, was captivated by her first yoga class at aged 17 and has been practising ever since.

She started teaching yoga in 1992 and has been the UK’s leading practitioner and teacher trainer in the therapeutic applications for therapeutic yoga for children with special needs since 2001.

Jo founded Special Yoga as a charity in 2004 to give a nurturing and inclusive home to families of children with special needs. Her aim is to develop and implement therapeutic yoga programmes that allow all children to receive its significant benefits and help reach their fullest potential.

She offers therapeutic yoga and mindfulness training in orphanges, yoga centres, special schools and organisations around the world as well as an extensive programme from Special Yoga headquarters in the UK.

Special Yoga now has therapeutic yoga and mindfulness programmes running for children with special needs in Russia, Ireland, Spain, Sri Lanka and India. Later this year she will open the work in Peru and Australia.

About the Author Paul Selig

In his breakthrough works of channeled literature, I Am the Word, The Book of Love and Creation, and The Book of Knowing and Worth, author and medium Paul Selig recorded an extraordinary program for personal and planetary evolution.

Selig was born in New York City and received his master’s degree from Yale. He had a spiritual experience in 1987 that left him clairvoyant. As a way to gain a context for what he was beginning to experience, he studied a form of energy healing, working at Marianne Williamson’s Manhattan Center for Living and in his own private practice. In the process, he began to “hear” for his clients, and much of Selig’s work now is as a clairaudient, clairvoyant, channel, and empath. Selig has led channeled energy groups for many years.
