In today’s modern world, could the traditional dating model use a revolutionary overhaul? Well, that is exactly what Pouline Middleton decided after her divorce. Instead of enduring the frustration of trying to get all of her needs fulfilled by a single man, Pauline decided that what she really needed was three men: one for conversation, one for sex, and one handyman to work around her house.

Love Coach, Pouline Middleton, joins Sylvia to talk about open relationships and the modern love concepts that are changing the way that men and women date and fall in love.

Pouline Middleton has been a Modern Love Coach since 2010. Danish by birth, she holds a M. Sc. in Economics and has worked extensively around the world, having lived in Paris, Algeria, Hong Kong, and visited 36 states in the U.S. Pouline worked for several companies in sales and marketing until she decided to become a coach.

Pouline actually lived with the three-men model for a period in her own life. She has also conducted scores of in-depth interviews with people who live in either open or polyamorous relationships. She is 53-years old, and has an 18-year old daughter with her first husband before they divorced after six years of marriage. She then had a number of long- and short-term relationships, leading her to invent the three-men model that she used to find love.

In 2013 Pouline Middleton met the Danish videographer and still photographer Steen Larsen. They fell in love and married in 2014. They live on an old farm outside of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Pouline Middleton’s book, One Woman Three Men: A Novel About Modern Love and Sex, was first published in in 2010 in Denmark, and is her first book to appear on the American market. Pouline has written two other novels and a handbook of love called Seven Roads to Love, available as an ebook and print on demand.

All of which ended in a motorcycle accident in 1991 resulting in death – or, more commonly, a ‘Near Death Experience’ (NDE) – however, Charlie was briefly returned to the Light, to Source, and thus experienced a realignment and returned to this lifetime.

The name ‘Riverman’ was given to him when he was recognized as an EarthAngel when he met a Storyteller named “Greywing”. He considers himself an EarthAngel which he describes, in essence a human co-facilitator of Higher Energies and Purpose or as he was guided to say, a Spiritual Recovery Facilitator, assisting all to raise their energy and empower them to access their Spirit Nature, freely and without restriction or fear. He is now focusing on Dowsing Energy and Co-Creating with clients a more unified and positive connection to the space ‘in and on’ which they live, by aligning the positive and blocking the negative energies of Earth, the Galaxy and Cosmos to empower their unification for the Highest Good of Everyone.

God’s Callgirl is the name of Carla van Raay’s memoir that has now sold over half a million copies around the world. It is a colourful story of a Catholic girl born in the Netherlands, who became a nun after migrating to Australia, stayed for 12 years and then left…to become a sex worker at the age of 34.

Why did she do this? And what is she doing now?

Carla is here today to answer those questions.

She will speak about the major wounds are that are created by abuse and how this affects our sexual expression and our relationships.

She will speak about what she did to heal herself and how others can learn from her. Along the way, she will treat us to some excerpts from God’s Callgirl, and from her current book, Healing from Abuse.

She says: “I am 77, I have been on the healing journey since 1992, and now feel I am in a position to help others who are a few steps behind me.”

Her aim is to create a wave of healing around the world, one person at a time

Her latest book is Healing from Abuse, a Practical Spiritual Guide. It represents the culmination of all of Carla’s learning along her own long healing journey.

My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Matthew Fox, says there is a way… through Creation Spirituality. Matthew is an internationally acclaimed theologian and spiritual maverick who has spent the last forty years revolutionizing Christian theology, taking on patriarchal religion, and advocating for a creation-centered spirituality of compassion, justice and resacralizing the earth. Originally a Catholic priest, he was silenced for a year and then expelled from the Dominican Order by then Cardinal Ratzinger who later became Pope Benedict the Sixteenth. He was expelled for teaching liberation theology and Creation Spirituality. He found what he calls “religious asylum” with the Episcopal Church.
