Learning to live from the inside out is an important part of living an awakened and conscious life. We are all being called to live from our inner truth and authentic voice instead of the ‘shoulds’ and musts that we sometimes make our choices by. Learning how to live authentically while balancing life, work and motherhood while following your dreams may seem daunting but it is possible.

Remember when you were a child, how fun it was to make silly words from alphabet soup? Diligently searching for letters that fit just right to make the words you wanted? We may be grown up now, but we are still making a batch of “alphabet soup” on a daily basis for others. It’s up to you if this “soup” will be healing, or cause more sickness with the words you choose to create. Join the Psychic Angel Channelers for this week’s segment as they discuss how to create words that heal and support others. Be sure to join us on FB in the “Angel Talk Tuesday Breakroom” for any questions or comments as they engage with you during the commercials.

What do the planets have in store for you this week? The planetary influence this week is a Full Moon in Gemini which is forming a Grand Trine with Mars and Jupiter as well as trines to the Sun from Saturn and Uranus.
During the Gemini Full Moon, you may be pleasantly surprised by the progress you are making with the project you initiated during the New Moon. Additional insights can make your endeavor seem even more worthwhile, once you incorporate them. You’ll have a sense of accomplishment once you are able to share what you’ve learned with others. No doubt, people will be impressed by what you tell them. Your quest for knowledge can be personally fulfilling once the answers come to you, and you get a chance to show off just a little.
You can be rather talkative and very social, full of wit and charm. Make sure that you spend time in the company of others, for your astute opinions should not go unexpressed. You appreciate your independence more fully during this time.
It would be better to schedule activities with friends instead of romantic dates because you may not feel particularly open to the burdens that love relationships can sometimes entail. You may feel the most happy with an excellent book in front of your face. You may also take this time to consider ways to rein in runaway thoughts and nervous tension if you are prone to them. Give up a bad mental habit as the moon begins to wane.
Tune in on Monday 6pmPT/9pm ET to find out more…

Join Carrie this week as she speaks with her Special Guest Kelly Chippendale – better known as Psychic Kelly, (www.spiritualreadingsbykelly.ca) about whatever Spirit guides them to speak about – “Expect the Unexpected & Embrace the Unknown” – Gotta love Spirit on Vibe Nation Radio!
Carrie & Kelly were brought together by Carrie’s Dad (David) in Spirit back in Jan 2009. There was an instant soul sister recognition and a beautiful friendship was created. Together they laughed, played and always had fun…they lived in the moment. In a very short period of time, Kelly’s vibrations helped open the door to give Carrie the clarity she needed to embrace her sacred journey back to one.
Over the years Carrie & Kelly have remained very good friends and when you get the two of them together, Spirit loves to come out to play!
This show is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and play a song in your heart, as they raise your vibrations together through laughter – showing you that you can truly “Just Be” and shine brightly.

Purge To Surge – The “score feeling” From Letting Go
Aired Monday, 12 December 2016, 1:00 PM ET
Hoarding is something we hear about on the extreme level, but breaking it down into all the layers we find out that it’s not just about those extremes and physical content BUT about the energy the material items can hold and steal from us.
A dress in the back of your closet can anchor you to a past that isn’t allowing you to move forward. A tea cup or box of dishes that once belonged to a loved one who passed away that you never use can be taking up more than storage space but rather weighing you down.
During this episode we explore what the “things” around us really mean and do we need to actually physically have them to enjoy their past experience. Have the material items served their purpose?
This show is all about the surge of the purge! Let’s have an energetic yard sale if you will, an emotional donation. Perhaps the items in your very posession could be the gem, the score… that will change someone’s life or least make their day.
The cycle, the karma, the law of reciprocity.

Lisa Loving Dalton spent years working with or stunt doubling for a galaxy of celebrity stars including Madonna, Meryl Streep, Robert Redford, Katherine Hepburn, Sean Connery, Dustin Hoffman, Darryl Hannah, Michelle Pfeiffer, Robin Williams, Robert Downey Jr., Liam Neeson, Cher and more… Yet, what stands out in her new book Falling For The Stars: A Stunt Gal’s Tattle Tales is the indomitable spirit she assayed, despite the extraordinary price she paid for her stellar career including misogyny, a miscarriage, and a life-long back injury. And each juicy story she relays in her fascinating chronicle, brings home an important life lesson for the reader—one that she learned the hard way.
Beginning as a naïve, insecure actress, trying to use extra work and stunts as a way into the motion picture industry firmament, Dalton rises to become one of the top stunt professionals on the East Coast, ultimately reaping the economic rewards and the ego gratification—while denying her true desire to act full time. Dalton appeared in more than 200 films, television shows and commercials in New York, Hollywood and Texas, including work in Ghostbusters, Money Pit, Crocodile Dundee, Married to the Mob, FX, Legal Eagles, and Splash on the big screen and ER, HBO’s Carnivale, Dr. Quinn and Melrose Place among her many TV credits.
Yet, Falling For The Stars—already an Amazon.com #1 bestseller– also provides a magical behind-thescenes look at the stars and moviemaking through the eyes of a woman who went toe-to-toe with the Hollywood elite, or at least walked in their stunt shoes. She knows first-hand the caring and humanity of such luminaries as Streep, Redford and Cher.
Dalton reveals what it took to hang over cliffs, get hit by a moving car, drop from five stories up, dodge a bridge full of speeding cars—and to ignore the Universe’s more gentle prompts that it was time to quit and follow her passion into acting fulltime or teaching acting. The resulting career-ending spinal injury has a story of its own, how she researched medical and alternative paths that form the heart of what she shares with the world today. She is now certified in NLP, Hypnosis, and Neurological Repatterning—ways she learned to heal.
With humor and candor, Dalton inspires the reader to rise above one’s fears and limitations and go for the gusto. In her book, it is very clear that she knows full well that tomorrow is promised to no one and there is no gift greater than the present. And the present is what you make of it by finding the hidden gifts. Today, she helps actors burnish their gifts by performing and teaching acting around the world.
From a bullied, dyslexic, messy, freckle-faced, klutzy pixie, Lisa Loving Dalton grew into a statuesque and skillful stuntwoman, actor, director, teacher, author, filmmaker, leadership and life coach, and ceremonial minister. Always seeking and finding the silver lining, she has made the most of whatever life threw at her. She says, “I spill stuff, trip and drip all of the time so I made a career out of it. My advice: Embrace what is as perfect.”

Have you ever stopped to consider what special, unique qualities you have to offer the world — what it is that comes naturally to you and through you?
According to Chetan Parkyn, just like the storyline of a book, or the theme music to a movie, there is a unique, consistent and recognizable theme, or undercurrent, to your entire lifetime. It is your song, your part in the symphony of life, and only you can play it.
An expert on Human Design, and the author of the first major book on the subject, Chetan Parkyn says that knowing and accepting your particular Life Theme is truly transformative. Embodying this awareness gives you reassurance and clarification about your life purpose. It is like when the penny drops, or the light bulb goes on, and you just ‘get it.’ You will no longer have to deal with misplaced expectations held over you by others, nor will you have to wonder why someone else is being moved to live in completely different ways than yourself, because you will understand the secret essence of what quietly moves you through life, and how to reach directly into the source of your own fulfillment.
This week, Chetan Parkyn joins Sandie to discuss his latest work, The Book of Destinies: Discover the Life you Were Born to Live, which reveals the final step in the Human Design system – 192 variations of Life Themes, which reveal to us the intended storyline of our lives.
Says, Parkyn, “like the coding in your genetics, your Life Theme is something that resonates within your whole being, on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. When you attune your awareness to your Life Theme, you will find it completely natural to embrace. You will finally understand your life’s purpose and journey, and once you know your own Life Theme you will be fascinated to learn the Themes of everyone in your life.
About the Guest Chetan Parkyn
CHETAN PARKYN is the author of the first major book on the subject, “Human Design, Discover the Person You Were Born to Be”, now in 11 languages, and has conducted over 5000 Human Design readings for people across the globe.
His latest book, “The Book of Destinies, Discover the Life You Were Born To Live.” which took 20 years to create, describes in depth, each of the 192 different Life Themes available for our life on Earth. Understanding your own very particular Life brings a personal awakening that is deeply transforming.
Chetan Park has traveled extensively throughout the world, and spent several years meditating with the enlightened mystic, Osho, who assisted him to recognize and expand on his own gifts — that of helping people develop self-knowledge.
Together with his wife and partner, Carola Eastwood, a gifted Reader and Life and Business Success Coach, Chetan offers readings, mentorship and multiple classes in Human Design for those who wish to study it at any level.
