The Planets this Week: July 2 - 8, 2017

What do the planets have in store for us this week?

We have two planets changing signs. The first is love planet Venus moving into Gemini where it will be until July 31st. Venus leaves the sign of its natural rulership and enters Gemini. Gemini is the sign of communication, commutes, errands, siblings, and neighbors. Venus smooth over everything she touches. Any problems with communication, commutes, trips, and relationships with siblings and neighbors will be smooth sailing. People will be pleasant when they speak to each other, and you’ll be more polite overall, too. It just won’t feel good to be pushy, and frankly, you won’t want to use the energy to be assertive or aggressive.

Next up, communication planet Mercury moves into Leo where it will be until July 25th. While Mercury is in Leo, and depending on how this transit influences your birth chart, your mind may be filled with big ideas and grand plans. You’re less concerned about the details and more interested in the broader vision of what you want to create. Confidence in your own opinions is strong — maybe too strong! Watch out for arrogance or getting too wedded to being right.

This weekend we can expect an intense Full Moon in Capricorn. During the Capricorn Full Moon, your inbox or voicemail may contain promising messages regarding a career opportunity, if that’s what you seek at this time. Your efforts during the past couple of weeks could generate the kind of response that you’ve been hoping for. Although there may not be a guarantee of a new position, getting feedback is always great for your self-esteem. If you’ve been questioning your recent decisions, you may become more certain by what the universe seems to be sending your way. Your hunches have gotten you this far in life.
