Sylvia Remington – Taking Action Even When You Don’t Want To
Aired Monday, 26 August 2019, 3:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM PST
Imagine being at a stoplight and you spot an old man with a sign reading “Homeless. Please help.” Instantly your mind starts going. You play with the idea of helping him with the dollar you have in your pocket for coffee and the idea of gifting him the dollar and helping him lights you up. So, even though you don’t really wanna, you choose to give it to him and spend five minutes helping him out. Before long, you drive off feeling a senses of joy. What if when you chose to take action, life could be more easeful? What if you chose to no longer stand around when you got the awareness to do something? What else is possible when you make the choice to follow what’s light even when you really don’t want to? Is there a lightness and elation to it? What if, on the days where you think you’re too busy to do other things or don’t want to do anything, you do them anyway? What if taking action could create greater for you and everyone else?
On Monday, August 26th, Venus Castleberg is live with Sylvia Remington at 12 p.m. PST / 3 p.m. EST on Outside the Impossible where they will be discussing Taking Action Even When You Don’t Want To.
Sylvia is an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator, Bars Facilitator, Stepping Into You Facilitator, Empath aka I’m aware! (lol), Adventurer, Lightworker, Author, Artist, and Dancer. She has found that by following the energy, so many possibilities can be created in one’s world…no matter from where one is starting in their journey. Jennifer Lawrence – Grounded Hypnosis
Aired Monday, 26 August 2019, 2:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PST
Jennifer started out as a Doula in 2004 and through various techniques would guide women and their partners through an empowered pregnancy, birth and postpartum process. Throughout the years her focus on Fitness instruction allowed her to grow her tool kit of empowerment until in 2015 she was introduced to hypnosis. Immediately she saw the link between the skills and tools she had been using with her doula clients and the way hypnosis guided one’s mind to a released and empowered place. Ready to transition to a new career focus, Jennifer jumped into learning and practicing a wide selection of hypnotic techniques. From there Grounded Hypnosis was born and she has been focused on educating, demonstrating and teaching the power of hypnosis to others with a focus on rooting people in positive change.
“It All Starts in-between Your Ears”
This is a saying my dad has told me my entire life. I used to roll my eyes and sing song along with him as he would say it but since I have started my hypnosis practice, Grounded Hypnosis, every day I grow a new appreciation for it. Everything starts in our unconscious/subconscious mind and I have dedicated my time showing people the power of their mind and how it can transform their life. I go to the streets of North American introducing people to hypnosis in a fun and easy way. I reach out and connect with people on social media to offer different perspectives on the way they view life. In my clinic, I guide people through releasing trauma, pain, addictions and fear and give them tools to replace that old emotional junk with new states of self-love and positive perspectives. No matter what we are going through, it all starts in-between our ears – the very place where hypnosis takes place!

Dan Millman – From a Life Shattered to Warrior Sage
Aired Friday, 23 August 2019, 7:00 PM ET
I’ve been a fan of Dan Millman, author of ‘Way of the Peaceful Warrior’ plus sixteen other books for decades. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience Dan’s ‘Peaceful Warrior Way’ in a live-workshop and knew I had to bring his wisdom to you.
Dan was 20 years old, and a world-class gymnast, when he shattered his right leg in a motorcycle accident. His healing became a spiritual awakening as he transformed from an ego-driven, Olympic-caliber athlete into a ‘peaceful warrior.’
Dan’s work continues to evolve, to meet the needs of a changing world, and his teachings have now found form as the ‘Peaceful Warrior’s Way.’
In this episode, Dan shares with us why your thoughts and feelings are not reality plus
• Six essential words to keep top of mind,
• Three ways to optimize your potential,
• The real purpose of meditation
and so much more…
More about Dan Millman:
Dan is a former world champion athlete, university coach, and college professor. His books offer inspiring reminders about life’s bigger picture and higher potential. Dan prefers practical outcomes to abstract philosophy. He affirms that his purpose is to teach, share, and remind people of what they already know (and might have forgotten.)
You can learn more about Dan and his remarkable work at www.DanMillman.com and listen to this transformational interview Friday, August 23, at 7 PM ET and later in a podcast and videocast.

Acorn to Oak – Toxic Parents
Aired Thursday, 22 August 2019, 4:00 PM EST / 1:00 PM PST
After last week’s popular show starting a dialog around the “Inner Child” and in response to the questions and feedback Pennie and Matthew will be discussing the role of “Toxic Parents” and overcoming their hurtful legacy and reclaiming your life.
When you were a child… Did your parents tell you; you were bad or worthless? Did your parents use physical pain to discipline you? Did you have to take care of your parents because of their problems? Were you often frightened of your parents? Did your parents do anything to you that had to be kept secret?
Now that you’re an adult… Do your parents still treat you as a child? Do you have intense emotional or physical reactions after spending time with your parents? Do your parents control you with threats or guilt? Do they manipulate you with money? Do you feel that no matter what you do, it’s never good enough for your parents?
Pennie and Matthew will draw on their own experiences, case histories and the real-life voices of adult children of toxic parents to help you free yourself from the frustrating patterns of your relationship with your parents and discover a new world of self-confidence, inner strength and emotional independence.
