A letter from Nevin:
Dear Friends, I see a missing link, as there is so much consciousness around alternative health, wellness, spirituality, yoga, organic food, veganism, raw food and superfoods, and yet so little is considered about the quality of the water we consume on a daily basis. Knowing that our bodies are mostly water, I believe the water we consume to significantly effect the underlying matrix that determines our ability to achieve optimal health on all levels. I believe the human body inherently possesses a vastly greater potential of health and vitality than what is commonly believed by most people and our health care institutions. People and health professionals everywhere are starting to recognize how important cellular hydration is to ones personal health and longevity. Could the next breakthrough in significantly reducing disease and enhancing ones quality of longevity be the discovery of maintaining proper cellular hydration?
Effective hydration and eliminating toxic exposure are essential issues when considering the quality of water we drink on a daily basis. It is becoming common knowledge how toxic most tap water has become, and awareness is growing about the fact that many bottled waters are potentially just as toxic as some tap waters and cannot be trusted. Not to mention the use of plastic bottles with their harmful effect on our environment. A common issue for many is drinking water that does not quench ones thirst, ancient knowledge and modern science are now merging to make known what quality of water facilitates deep cellular hydration. Consider thinking about the quality of water one drinks in the same terms of the food we eat, it needs to be clean and nutrient dense, the same principle applies to the water we drink. Being responsible for our environment and taking control of ones daily drinking water needs at home is the sustainable and most healthy option, providing us what we really need – a self-sufficient source of safe healthy water.
My philosophy and approach to water is based on the understanding that:when water is in its purest form, and at its highest quality, it is a living substance endowed with the physical and energetic qualities inherently necessary to nourish a living organism on all levels.
From my study of a school of Natural Science in Austria, I know the very best water for our health is Spring Water, and yet all springs are not of an equal quality. Among Earth’s many naturally occurring water sources are ‘truesprings’ and ‘seepage springs’, with truespring water being the very best water for drinking. Seepage springs simply seep downward until hitting impenetrable rock strata, at which point they seep back to the surface, never coming close to the deep layers of the Earth. Truespring water, however, travels the complete hydrological cycle from high in the atmosphere, down to the deep molten layers where it is purified and reborn, and back up through the mineral and stone layers feeding and maturing the water before it emerges at the surface of the Earth. It is purified and fortified within its journey of the full hydrological cycle, ready to nourish and support LIFE to the highest levels. For an in depth explanation on newest scientific discoveries of how our bodies cells function and cellular hydration please read my article, The Quality of Water We Drink, How it Effects Optimal Health.

The Love and Light Brigade
Aired Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 1:00 PM PST / 4:00 PM EST
Pennie and Matthew will be discussing a modern-day dilemma… “The Love and Light Brigade” They are the ones who think they know, who think they are spiritual, who think they can become enlightened by imagining figures of light. Well, that is not the whole truth… enlightenment comes when you own, deal with and transform your own shadow. Karl Jung states quite plainly that all it would take to manifest heaven on earth would be for everyone to own their own shadow. This is a provocative, mind bending and inspiration show that talks about and gives helpful hints of how to be a REAL spiritual warrior and what you would find helpful when walking that path.

Raven Digitalis – The Everyday Empath
Aired Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM EST
Growing up in the 1950’s, I had a sense of being different from many of my friends and classmates. I was often the outsider and would rather be off in a quiet place than in a noisy, busy room. Some teachers labeled me “sensitive” and that sensitivity extended to knowing how others felt without them expressing it. I felt their pain, their anger, their confusion and also their joy. I became the friend that others relied upon when they needed a compassionate listener. Although it felt good to help others feel better about themselves, it often left me drained and tired. It wasn’t until my late thirties that I came to understand that I was an empath and learned how to be of service to others while maintaining my own energy balance.
Being an empath in everyday life can be a blessing when we learn how to balance this gift and our needs with the needs of others. My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, my friend Raven Digitalis, is also a life-long empath who has dedicated much of his life to learning the tools of the balanced empath and sharing them with others. Raven is a Neopagan Priest and cofounder of an Eastern Hellenistic nonprofit multicultural temple called Opus Aima Obscurae (OAO). Trained in Eastern philosophies and Georgian Witchcraft, Raven has been an earth-based practitioner since 1999, a Priest since 2003, and a Freemason since 2012. He is the author of Esoteric Empathy, Shadow Magick Compendium, Planetary Spells and Rituals and Goth Craft. His website is RavenDigitalis.com and he joins me this week to discuss his new book, The Everyday Empath: Achieve Energetic Balance in Your Life.
