How do you hold commitment? Have you ever stayed too long in a commitment? And what did it cost you?

If you know when you’re feeling complete with a commitment and you honor that knowing, you can experience freedom instead of suffering.

Sometimes the idea of what it means to be complete can interfere with your ability to sense that you are feeling complete, especially when reality doesn’t match your picture.

If you hold your commitments rigidly, you may not recognize that you are feeling complete, and that can cause painful consequences. You may lose energy and vitality, along with your ability to experience satisfaction and the rewards of completion.

Yet this over-responsibility to commitment is often a sign that you’re in your ego.

The true self is committed to being true to you, and it can recognize when you’re feeling complete.

How do we know the difference between the two? The true self comes from love and opens you to perceiving the completeness that is already here.

Laurie McQuary has been on the Portland and national psychic scene since 1985. When she was eighteen she was in a horseback riding accident. Laurie was in a coma for three weeks and after she awoke her life has never been the same. She began having dreams, like newsreels on black & white film, of violent plane crashes. Shockingly, a few days later she began seeing television newsreels of these same airline disasters actually happening.

Laurie McQuary has been established as a professional psychic and has gained fame for her work in a series of notable cases. The cases range from missing persons to crime investigations. Laurie had a professional office in Lake Oswego since 1985 but is now semi-retired and is living in central Oregon with her retired former police detective husband of thirty-one years.
