When looking back into your past, have you ever thought … “I wish I knew then what I know now!”

What if I told you that there is a powerful process where you can bring wisdom and greater perspective back to your younger self? You can create points of activation for that younger self that will integrate and open into realizations with a direct impact on your current self.

In today’s journey, you will journey once again with Entelechy (your higher self) for a taste of this powerful process. A process to recapture lost treasures hidden along an ‘Arrow of Time’ of your own past. In this process, you will meet your younger self, observe and experience events, and discover how powerful this subtle work can be in your present now.

In this 12-part series – “Countdown to A New Beginning:” -, travel, explore, and experience the dimensions of time…. Time/Past, Time/Present, and Time/Future.

Journey #1-#4: ‘Time-Past’. Discover and Explore the territory of time with its rich treasures and hidden gifts

Journey #5-#8: Time-Present’. Travel into the present moment… Connecting with the forces and energies to engage with the laws of co-creation

Journey #9-#12: ‘Time-Future’. Move with curiosity, wonder, and delight to stand on the verge of a new beginning. Holding a vision of the possible, inspired by the dreams of your soul, and empowered as a co-creator to manifest your future.

Last time, in Journey #1, you learned a process to connect with the deep wisdom and guidance of your high self. Then, together we traveled to discover the vast territory of time. Learning techniques to move through time and to explore/experience different moments in history.

In Journey #2, you will continue with Time/Past, however with a new destination in the territory of time… A destination that is focused on your own life and your immediate past.

As a mentor in The Art of Human Potential, I work within the four levels of Self. The Physical Self, the Psychological Self, the Spiritual Self, and the Mythic Self. Every one of us has treasures and gifts hidden within these realms of Self. My work is designed to ignite your passions, activate seeded potentials, and reveal new possibilities.

This month, we will enter the Psychological Realm as we explore time and memory. Stepping out of the limitations of your mind and beyond simple imagination, I will guide you to play with the powerful creative force of the Imaginal.

Imaginal Thinking: is thinking in a multi-dimensional associative structure of “images” in time and space. It is a way of thinking that includes intuition and creativity.

In the first journey of this series, we will explore the territory of time and delve into time past.

After 25 years of suffering from multiple autoimmune conditions that affected your guest’s energy, skin, hair, and joints, VJ Hamilton’s finally found her answer(s) and her calling.

First diagnosed with alopecia areata in childhood, VJ endured many years of very visible autoimmune conditions, including alopecia, psoriasis, and eczema. After decades of enduring various symptoms and ill health, she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue—another ‘problem’ to add to the growing list.
