In this very insightful episode, join Tamra and her special guest, Dr Mikio Sankey as they discuss how his practice of Esoteric Acupuncture is infused with the music he produces. Dr Mikio Sankey is a pioneer in the field of Esoteric Acupuncture, he is listed in AOM Pioneers and Leaders, 1982 to 2007, A Commemorative Book of Challenge and Courage, Volume 1. This is a collaborative work of all the various acupuncture organizations in the United States including: the AAAOM, NCCAOM, CCAOM and the ACAOM honoring the leaders who were responsible for shaping the direction of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the first twenty-five years of practice in the United States. Astrology not only predicts the atmospheric energy – it also predicts physical weather! Peter Doughty talks with Kathy about astrological weather forecasting and techniques.

A long and winding astrological road began with a bookstore browse in New York’s Grand Central Station. Soon after his first Saturn return, Peter Doughty saw his first writings published in the mundane astrology realm, including regular contributions to Welcome to Planet Earth magazine. Meandering into and through the early phases of Internet publishing, he experimented with astro-historical timelines and a blog as the term began circulating. A sojourn in the world of Hellenistic perspectives opened new vistas for grasping and communicating the characteristics of personal lives. And a lifelong fascination with atmospheric phenomena inspired him to make a particular study (starting in 2012) of astrological weather forecasting and better comprehending the impacts characteristic of the unfolding anthropocene era.

Since 4Q 2020, Peter has been a contributing writer for The Mountain Astrologer magazine, producing his “Charting the Weather” feature. He has a few copies remaining of his self-published and professionally-designed book, Scenes from a Tapestry (2018). GAIL HARRIS became one of the first television anchor-women in America in 1971, with her first on-air job in Tallahassee FL. Her life path took her from there to Boston, where she spent decades as a political reporter and award-winning journalist for public television (PBS) and public radio (NPR). As a reporter and anchor for WGBH Boston, Gail co-produced and hosted “Hiroshima Remembered,” a National Emmy Award winning documentary for PBS. Later, she co-hosted another PBS series on campaign finance reform, “Follow the Money,” which received an Overseas Press Club Award in 1997. Gail’s life took a profoundly spiritual turn in the 1990s and she became the creator, executive producer and host of the Body & Soul series for PBS and wrote the accompanying book, “Body & Soul: Your Guide to Health, Happiness, and Total Well-being.”

A graduate of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and former adjunct professor at Dominican University of California, Gail Harris is now Executive Producer of another pioneering documentary film “The Last Ecstatic Days,” a rarely glimpsed story of how a community of strangers helps an unhoused man die on his own terms.

Traci Hill – Conscious Evolution

Traci A Hill is a coach who specializes in helping people heal physically by raising vibrations and releasing negative emotions and attachments using subtle energy. Using several techniques, she has learned how to allow healing to anyone as long as they are ready.

Hill was finishing up her master’s degree in Kinesiology and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Being a self-described “health freak”, this news was frightening. Doctors told her she would be in a wheelchair the rest of her life if she didn’t take medication. Her diagnosis came on the heels of becoming a Chicago Firefighter.

“I felt the pressure to not only put out fires at work but also within my own body. I chose to figure out how to heal myself through food, exercise and eventually dealing with my emotions. I learned that emotions create blockages in the body on a subtle level. The more negative emotions we stuff down, the deeper the wounds go. I decided to help myself by energetically releasing trapped and ancestral emotions so that my cellular bodies could heal. As suppressed emotions left my body, the healing began.”

The physical body is the result of our vibrations that are inherent within each of us but also picked up from people and the environment around us. Tuning in and adjusting our vibration to match that which you desire, requires change but will ultimately lead you to that which you truly want in life – love, peace, joy and abundance.
