Self-care and It’s Importance to Your Sex Drought
It is easy to feel overwhelmed by life. We have a never-ending stream of work deadlines, social obligations, and household responsibilities. In this episode, Clinical Sexologist Dr. Martha Tara Lee of Eros Coaching shares how she came to learn about the importance of self-care, and encouraged you to establish your own self-care routine. She differentiates between self-care and self-love and encouraged you to give to yourself before to others. Martha goes into how to get out of the sex drought or rut, and talks about how opposites attract (morning/ night person; introvert/ extrovert; touch/ non-touch) and makes a case for establishing a sex routine with your partner. She highlights the difference between spontaneous vs responsive desire response.
