There is an old saying “Beauty is in the eyes of the Beholder”.
We wish to be loved unconditionally – and yet, we place our own conditions and negative thoughts regarding the love we have for ourselves. If I am unable to love myself past what I see in the mirror how can I expect and demand the same from another?
Self loves means more than just loving my personality and laughing at my own jokes. It is the ability to look deep in the mirror and still allow myself to love who I am unconditionally. This is where we learn to REMEMBER who we are and love every inch of our body.
Our skin suit does not define us, WE DO.
