Can You Forgive the Unforgivable?

She walked slowly along the path, each step heavier than the last, weighed down by a question she could notanswer:

“How to forgive the unforgivable?” She wished she had an instruction manual.

She knew it was time to pass this question to the Divine. When she did, she received a vibrational language to help her shift and let love move her forward:

Being sorry creates a space. Forgiveness gives permission. Love fuels the movement. Gratitude completes the transformation.

Become aware of what was injured, hurt, forgotten, damaged, or misaligned. Create an environment so the heart and body can heal.

Create an opportunity and experience that bringshappiness, joy, and love. Begin with these four sentences and you can forgive the unforgivable. ~ Source

I’m sorry:

For not acknowledging all my choices, overlooking my successes, not celebrating, and withholding my joy. For concentrating on wanting more and not being enough. For not being honest with myself and others.

I’m sorry for judging, being mean, denying who I am, holding onto hurts, lies and fears. For blaming and judging, not believing in myself, hurting myself, and for being selfish, entitled, and a victim.

“Being sorry creates a space.”

Please forgive me:

For holding onto self-limiting beliefs, not being here for me, giving too much of myself away, not respecting my boundaries, dishonoring my core values, expecting too much, not seeing me, and hiding my light.

For the pain I have caused myself and others, and a lack of courage in my time of need, I forgive me.

“Forgiveness gives permission.”

I love you:

I love you for feeling connected and aligned again. I love you for creating more possibilities. I love you for learning how to see your wounds with eyes of love and express your thoughts, actions, and emotions through love.

I love me for all I see and do not see. I love me and see the beauty within me.

“Love fuels the movement and lets forgiveness move you forward.”

In this gratitude, I thank you and shine with appreciation. Thank you for the lightness and the uplifting of my heart. Thank you for this new understanding and freedom.

The Fragrance of Forgiveness

“I love them, I love them not. I love me, I love me not.” A puddle of petals lay at her feet as she sat on the garden bench ruminating over apologies, forgiveness, and closure. She had planted herself there, asking how she could open her heart and let love blossom.

The scent of self-judgment was thick, as the breeze blew by memories of wounds. Like a vine clinging to a wall of past pain and regret, she felt tethered to the need for apologies and felt unable forgive.

Anger, hurt, and unresolved feelings prevented her from blossoming. Freedom was nipped in the bud by hurt and self-loathing. How could relief take root if her soul was constantly soaked in resentment?

Sitting there feeling crushed, she suddenly noticed the hearty flowers that had pushed their way through the dirt to be kissed by the sun.

Those flowers didn’t worry about how they were going to bloom. They simply opened and turned towards the light.

In that soft moment while her heart started to open, she heard laughter coming closer from some playful children who ran by her. In their exuberance, they crushed some violets, and the air was filled with a fresh and light perfume.

“What a gift,” she thought. The children did not intend to harm the flowers during their blissful moments of play. Yet here she was, the receiver of a miracle from the last act of dying violets: a beautiful fragrance shed in forgiveness to those who crushed them.

Though a late bloomer to freedom, she could now feel that a miracle was being released. She understood how she could move on. She realized that forgiveness wasn’t a gift only for herself, but also for the offender and for those around her.

There was one petal left on the daisy she had been plucking. She paused and said, “I love me,” and sat there with a smile.

Announcing the Reborn Wound

Wound has transcended the past, in acceptance and gratitude, reborn into the family of connected souls through light and healing.

Miracles From Living Beyond Wounds

Hello, do I know you?
Have we met before?
You seem a little familiar.

No, you don’t know me, but we have met before.
You don’t know me because when we first met you didn’t see me for who I was.

Well who are you?

I am the portal to miracles.

You don’t look like a portal and you don’t look like miracles.
You do however seem familiar, like someone I’ve met in the past that didn’t feel that good.
And you tell me you’re a portal but I haven’t been to any portals
Who are you? Please tell me who you are.

I am your portal to miracles.
We met long ago and you thought I was a wound but I am no longer a wound because I have transformed and have transcended the woundedness.
And not only have I become something more I have become something different than a wound.
I have become a miracle and I am your doorway to miracles.
If you will allow me I can show you your own to find miracles in your life.
So many miracles are possible in your life such as compassion, self -love, forgiveness, self-kindness, joy, peace, and abundance!!!

The wound is requesting and requires a reintroduction, to be met again bravely, boldly and with great trust.

The wound is asking for change, to be seen differently. It’s gone through hoops to get your attention.
Now with it’s healing sand transformation the wound is excited to bring you, it’s riches, it’s wisdom, and it’s miracles.

Greet not the wound holding on to old opinions but allow the past to transform into gratitude by way of self forgiveness.

Allow me to reintroduce you to The wound, a miracle that comes from change.

The Land of Miracles

Today I am willing to see the wound differently, so I can choose to use it as a portal and take me to the land of miracles!

Dear Diary,

Many years ago, I hated my Life. I thought it was unfair that I frequently experienced pain and suffering. I blamed others and then punished myself by hiding from opportunities to connect with them.

Dear Diary,

A few years ago, I gave up on myself and fell victim to the unhappy reflection I saw in the looking glass. I only saw the wound as a reminder of despair.

Dear Diary,

Last year, I started to question who I really was and what the wound could offer me. I started to ask the Universe whether I had any other choice than to suffer.

Dear Diary,

Last week, I saw that I always have a choice. And the first choice for me to make is to see that I am worthy of the power that resides in each choice I make.

Dear Diary…. No, Dear Me….,

Today I choose to see this wound and every wound differently. I see each wound as a portal that can either take me into deeper suffering or into freedom. Today I allow my self-love to be the key to lovingly give me access through each beautiful wound to the land of miracles!

Kingdom of Miracles

Excuse me, oh hi there., I’m hoping you can help me with directions, as my compass seems to be broken.

If I could only find my True North again, I know I could turn myself around.

You see I got lost and separated from my True Self when that giant pain storm ripped through and caused such devastation. It left me wounded and my compass needle misaligned. I’ve been going around in emotional circles, unable to move forward.

I seem to be stuck in the wrong kingdom. I think I’m in the Kingdom of Broken and Lost, and I’m looking for the Kingdom of Miracles!

I’ve been travelling for some time now. Along the way I’ve asked how to realign my needle and find my True North. And I’ve received a few helpful messages.

I’ve been told that a willingness to shift my perception will help me to read my compass more clearly. If I let compassion be my compass, that will set me on my true path to the Kingdom of Miracles once again. Are you wanting to journey to the Kingdom of Miracles yourself? Miracles From Wounds Prayer

Thank you for the miracle of me WITNESSING myself in the wound and not judging or making myself separate from the wound.

Thank you for the miracle of listening to the WORDS that offered gentleness, comfort and love to protect the wound.

Thank you for the miracle of knowing my WORTHINESS to accept and allow the healing of the wound.

Thank you for the miracle of my WILL and desire to live as a WHOLE and perfect Being beyond the wound.

Thank you for my WAKENING to the MIRACLE that has been born from the wound.

Thank you for a WONDERFUL life filled with miracles in every step of my life as I live beyond all wounds.

Accommodating the Wound

The wound had finally healed, or so she thought. Yet she continued to make accommodations for it. She limped through life, overcompensating for an injury long gone by.

She protected the wound and avoided people and places that might reinjure it. Over time, she became so accustoming to accommodating the wound, that she didn’t realize how much it still impacted her life.

She contracted when she became wounded and her comfort zone shrank. But she didn’t see how much this limited her.

She never found a way to once again become the person she was before the wound, or to become more than she was then. She became less, and this was not what she wanted.

But the once temporary accommodations had become a way of life for her. And it cost her.

The walls that once protected the wound, now prevent her from receiving all the love that is available to her, and they don’t allow her inner light to shine out fully.

What adjustments and accommodations have you been hanging on to, not realizing that they no longer serve the healing of the wound, and especially you?

How can you recover what you lost through becoming wounded?

How can you restore your vitality and joy?

How can you embrace the courage to grow your comfort zone after contracting?

The Wound Kept Getting Reopened

Sometimes she could anticipate that the wound would be triggered. But other times she was blindsided by the wound’s reactiveness.

“Why won’t you go away?”, she said. It seemed as if the wound replied, “I am here to stay.”

Eventually the wound silently overtook her life, and it affected her mind, body, and soul. She began to see herself as wounded, and identified herself with the symptoms of the wound, like depression, self-doubt, and low self-esteem.

She lost herself and peace and joy eluded her. She could feel her light dimming and her vitality slipping away.

She suffered greatly, not knowing what else to do, as the wound become chronic, integrating itself throughout her life.

How can we free ourselves from systemic wounds and our over-identification with them? How can we find ourselves again when our light has been dimmed by the wound? Can we recognize the wound as a program and rewire it with love?

In this episode of Access to Angels and Grace, Lisa Berry and Noemi Grace share an uplifting dialogue on these questions. Living Beyond The Wounds Series

It grew darker as the light of hope grew dimmer. She wasn’t prepared to be in the dark without a flicker of compassion or a spark of forgiveness. The Wound and she would soon be alone. Even scarier for her was that she would be lost in the abyss with no direction to healing. She would need to start using her heart to help her find the way.

She shouted for help by yelling accusations and blaming others, hoping the Wound would take pity and heal. She tried yelling at the Wound by defending her limitations of not owning her power. She gave one last mighty effort to distance herself from the Wound with stubbornness and denial by demanding answers and resolution.

The wound grew bigger, became more agitated, and held on stronger, needing more attention. But her ways did not work, until she found relief by offering the Wound her attention through the eyes of love.

May compassion be your compass that directs you to your power. May forgiveness be your flashlight to see your own resolution. And may Love be your upliftment above the low frequencies of blame.
