If you often find yourself overwhelmed, frustrated, and feeling guilty it may be a sign you’re not taking care of yourself. This can create a ripple in your family and also impact your child’s health. She’ll also share some strategies to decrease stress so you can enjoy your most important job—raising a vibrant healthy child.
