Why is it so difficult to keep our New Year’s Resolutions?
Every year millions of people make New Year’s Resolutions and every year millions of people fail to keep the resolutions that they make.
Making New Year’s Resolutions is a big tradition, but following through with them is a whole other matter.
Each year, the top resolutions include eating healthier, exercising regularly, spending more time with family, and getting organized – all of which are positive life changes that we know will improve our wellbeing. Yet studies show that 92% of people ditch their resolve by the end of January.
Joining Sylvia is Helene Segura, The Inefficiency Assassin, to talk about how we can successfully keep our New Year’s resolutions.
