40 Things I Wish I’d Told My Kids with John Allcock
Have you ever had the thought, “If only I knew back then what I know now?” How many nuggets of wisdom have you acquired within your lifetime that would have made your life less complicated, less confusing, and a lot less challenging? And, would it be a gift if you could share life’s most beneficial wisdom in an easy-to-understand manner with your children.
Join Sylvia and her guest, John Allcock, author of Forty Things I Wish I’d Told My Kids: Mindful Messages About Success, Happiness, Leather, Pickles, and The Use and and Misuse of Imagination. As they discuss how you can share meaning wisdom and insights gleaned from the gift of a practice of mindfulness and meditation with children and those who are most important to you.
